Condiciones paleoambientales de depósito de las formaciones cámbricas del área de Caborca Sonora

Abstract

The lithologic characteristics of the Cambrian formations in the State of Sonora are analyzed, in order to interpret the paleoenvironmental conditions of their deposition. Their characteristics indicate that almost all of these formations represent shallow and calm water environments of lagoon nature besides the existence of intertidal and subtidal deposits.
